Trouble installing sklearn

Hello, I am on this NLTK tutorial:

I am having an issue with installing sklearn as in the sample code on the page. I am in a Python 3.4.3 virutalenv and cannot seem to get this in (I get error that no such module exists). I have poked around blog posts as usual and I find the below suggestions but it seems awfully involved and thought I would check with you all since I bet this has come up before. I am on Ubuntu 14.04. Appreciate any ideas!
